Yes. We first agree the owner’s authorisation, access arrangements, point of contact and reporting process, then work to the chosen plan.
A management plan can be assessed when needed, carrying forward agreed records and preferences. A single cleaning visit does not require a long-term contract.
No photographs are taken without authorisation. Authorised records are limited to service needs. Access, keys, restricted areas and permitted information use are agreed in advance.
